The Morning After - Wednesday, September 30, 2009

Hi there,

If you didn't make it to the last meeting you missed a really fun (and productive) evening. And, we missed you! Check out the pictures!

Most of us worked on the cool craft bag that Nancy gave us the pattern for - and Nancy was there to guide everyone through the questions and rough spots. Most of us finished a bag - I worked on a small trick or treat bag for my grandkids since I hadn't provided for enough strap to finish my large bag!!

Gretta spent the evening cutting out her table runner project and we all admired each other's work! I showed off Jennifer's beautiful strip quilt and everyone got a hand out for that pattern as well. If you didn't make it to the meeting and haven't gotten either of the patterns - just let me know!

There isn't a plan in the works for the October gathering so think about ideas for a get together. It could be as simple as just working on those UFO's!! Put ideas on the blog and get some dialog going....
